West Coast Collaborative
The West Coast Collaborative is a public-private partnership to reduce diesel emissions along the West Coast. The Collaborative is the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) first pilot program geared to reduce diesel emissions. National Clean Diesel Campaign.

SmartWay Transport Partnership
The SmartWay Transport Partnership is an innovative collaboration between the EPA and the freight industry to increase energy efficiency while significantly reducing greenhouse gases and air pollution.

Northwest Ports Clean Air Strategy
This strategy is an effort to reduce maritime, port-related emissions that affect air quality and climate change in the Pacific Northwest via a collaborative approach led by the ports of Seattle and Tacoma in Washington state, and the Port of Vancouver in British Columbia.
